Jon from turner sonic called me up to make amends and explain the situation. Man he was so professional and just gave you this sense of brotherhood. He apologized and made it right. since then i have eaten sonic twice and each time the order comes out hot, fresh, and ready to eat. would reccomend going where jon is.
we went to sonic and I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger they put ketchup on. they lied to us saying that it was on the menu that ketchup is on the burger when it’s only mayonnaise. The lady had to come out outside to take our order. Still got our order wrong so we let them know so they could fix it and the manager came out and said we didn’t tell her how we ordered. It is how we ordered it so she lied to her manager, and the manager lied to us.
