We had lunch at your restaurant and we were not made aware of the credit card surcharge until my credit card was charged!!! I asked the our waitress why we were being charged a fee, her response was” cause the owner wants to do so”. This is actually not a law , it’s unfair and greedy of you.. New Mexico Surcharge Laws
