“I have service high but atmosphere low because my server, I forget her name but she was a shorter white female with glasses, she was quick with her work and even gave me extra napkins with my drink truly a good worker, but the atmosphere was off, while she was working hard in the main area and behind the counter I couldn’t help but notice an older, heavier set lady in the background just on her phone for most of the time and just generally slacking off, like she wasn’t trying to help even though her and the young girl were the only two workers I could see at the time, I just feel like there’s no balance of work among employees“
