Found hairs in our ice cream and not to mention the ice cream tasted old, like it had been sitting there for a while. 0/10 would not recommend.
Not pleased with the service (both times when I ordered and then when I picked up the cake felt like I was interrupting their day) and it was very expensive. Ordered a birthday cake and it was so much smaller than was described to me.
I keep hoping for a better experience and it never happens
