The employees have very poor customer service and a bad attitude. They are extremely slow, and they give you less meat than you are supposed to receive.
There were three employees, but only one person was actually working while the other two were just walking around the store. When the line started getting long, they finally came over, running around and rushing, but they still treated customers with a bad attitude and disrespect.

They were out of 1/2 of the meats (only teriyaki chicken, turkey, and bacon, no meatballs or normal chicken or philly), only wheat and white, no mayo, no side cups, and didn't say any of this until we ordered it, so we just canceled all but our first sandwich and left. Person behind the counter could have just told the long line of people what was up so we wouldn't waste our time, but no.
