“We LOVE DQ in Kirtland but there are times when we just have to pass by due to long…long…long drive up order lines. Like today the person taking orders sound like they were in training because the headset was still on and heard every conversation…I’m always thankful when read the order back to you…yes, calling in is easier when you get the right order…that has also been a challenge but nonetheless…DQ is the BEST…“

“I came in & ordered my sausage, bacon and egg on a burrito with medium hash browns and an orange juice.

I waited about 15 minutes for my order. Yes 15 minutes for my order and there was only 1 other person at the drive through window.

Nonetheless I got my food. It was good, but they could've added more food if you ask me.“
