Arby's is a restaurant with friendly and patient staff, who provide great service and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The food is good, although the fish basket has been a disappointment. However, the Mocha shake is a highlight, being amazing, tasty, and well-presented. The store is always clean, and the lobby was fairly empty and very clean. Food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. They offer 2 sandwiches for $6. The drive thru was quick. The atmosphere, the people, the really nice staff and the extremely nice polite respectful wonderful ladies from the drive through have extraordinary customer service skills.
