I ordered a LARGE Sprite, and I got 80% crushed ice in the LARGE cup. Crushed ice has a much higher density than cubes. I finished the Sprite in about 30 seconds. I've never felt so cheated out of a drink.

I don't usually go to Burger King, but we decided to come for breakfast. Now, right away, the service was great. They were polite and helpful all that. The breakfast burrito was actually really good, and the hash hashbrowns were okay. My problem was the iced coffee. It just wasn't up there with other fast food coffee. Other than that minor complaint, everything was fine.

This Burger King is the W O R S T!!, ordered two large meals and both burgers were made wrong!! So so annoying! This is someone’s dinner and they don’t care, not to mention cost, it’s not exactly cheap! Furthermore the customer has to drive back to get the meal remade or to get a refund… no accountability on the BK employees.I ordered one burger with cheese, ketchup and mayo.. all veggies on the side…they made it with mustard and all veggies on it. The second burger I ordered was with mustard and ketchup…..no onions, no mayo and I get mayo and mustard …so I call them and the guy puts me on hold for 15 minutes; I hung up and called again finally, he answers, I ask to talk to a manager and of course there is no manager so I ask him if he can have them call me and that too is impossible….. This place is pitiful! No wonder people talk bad about Las Cruces
Added items I requested to be removed, .50 for 3 super small jalapeños, food was cold. Was told by the "manager" 3 jalapeños is procedure, sorry but not for .50. Not worth the $9 they charge.
