Took my son to this BK for dinner. 42 minutes in drive-thru, got home with missing burger and the other two we received were incorrect. Drove back to get corrected. Overall 2 hours to get the order correct.
We did call BK corporate and we were assured district management would be in contact. I left my work number to ensure if I was not available when they called a message could be left so I could return the call.
A week and a half later NOTHING!
