I got a burrito that was small and cold. I didn't get my orange juice and I paid more than >$20. Then I called them and the "manager" said because I ordered from door dash she couldn't help me yet aren't they the ones that make the food and pack it?? They could have corrected it so I could be a return customer but they didn't so I wont!! DONT BUY FOOD FROM HERE! NOT WORTH IT!

I had Chick-fil-A for two evenings for dinner this past week (my other family members went out of town, so I was in charge of feeding just myself). After my classes were done for the day, I ordered ahead online what I wanted. The total wait time both times was no more than 10 minutes once I got in the drive-thru line. I thought that was pretty good, considering this place is usually packed. The classic chicken sandwich meal was great! That was with the waffle potato fries, too. And a sweet tea (not as good as the sweet tea served in the Virginia Chick-fil-As, but it's infinitely better than getting Lipton Brisk ice tea, yuck!). Both times. The workers were very kind and prompt. Very pleasant and easy-going. I haven't been inside this restaurant, but the drive-thru doesn't disappoint!
Still great sandwiches! But the potato fries and the nuggets have turned into chicken and tator crums. Lol. Maybe we just got the bottom of the bin this time. Lol. ??♂️

Horrible customer service. They got my order wrong then proceeded to be rude to me! She argued that I was wrong until I showed her my app. This used to be my first choice in locations but it’s gone down hill. They need to go get trained in El Paso. The Artcraft location is impeccable!
