Got my order wrong. Didn't have most of the options, chicken and other things were out. Workers were nice though, and service was quick. Not the best Chipotle location I've been to, but you take what you get

I've always viewed chipotle as a more expensive taco bell, but decided to give it another try. I ordered a burrito (which comes with beans and rice in it) but I wanted the beans and rice on the side and they tried to charge me an extra 4 dollars for it ? I got my salsa on the side and they didn't try to charge me extra for that? Also, I tried the "al pastor" chicken and it tastes nothing like pastor. It tasted like it had some kind of barbecue sauce on it. All In all, I've never had a good experience here, even though I've given it at least 3 tries since it's opening in Las cruces. Would not recommend. There are SO many better Mexican food places around town that are incredible and don't try to charge you an extra 4 dollars for something that already comes with the meal.

Restaurant was out of several items including white rice, chicken, pico de gallo, and corn. Staff was nice; location looked clean. There was a homeless person sitting near the entrance.

I ordered a questilla with al pastor chicken and steak with sides of black beans, brown rice, sour cream, fajita veggies. and I got a steak questilla with a side of bad looking al pastor chicken, and my veggies and sour cream are missing. very disappointed.

The male cashier would not let us purchase a bag of chips. There were a bunch of bags of chips behind him and he stated he could not sell me a single bag of chips because they are reserved for online orders only. Very disappointed.

Don't believe the naysayers!Food was d*mn good!! Definitely on my list of great food on the cheap,However, it is Not your traditional flavors, if you're looking for taco truck or abuelas home made taste this is not it...insteadA fusion of that California fresh and southwest style.Delicious!!! I made the mistake of waiting this long.

On numerous occasions I've been informed that you cant order a specific ingredient due to the fact that it's reserved for possible future online orders. Not current paying customers in store. I've asked so I have to go online to order what I'm staring at that's in stock. The answer is "umm yes?". How is this Good customer service in any way?The food itself is good if you're able to order it I just think they have their priorities out of order.
