Very nice selection but no seating. I think there was 3 tiny two seat tables, all were taken and nowhere else to sit so not very family friendly

Love the cold stone ice cream but the service of this place is not consistent and lack of management. The two girls were talking the whole time towards the ice cream when mixing without masks. I ordered three big boxes of ice cream 48oz each and two of them are not filled up to the top considering they are $20 a box. Really bad experience!

A little pricey, but the ability to get a custom ice cream is cool.

Ordered thru door dash. Paid for 2 waffle cups and was sent paper cups. Refused refund unless we went into the store and picked up the cups. For what at that point. Liquid ice cream?

The workers were more interested in talking to each oth we than assisting us. W e were the onlycustomers in the store. We bought 2 cakes for our daughters birthday. I'm not sure why, but my husband tipped the male assiciate 3 dollars. He didn't say thank you and was too lazy to put the cakes in the bag we had to ask for. We had to put the cakes in the bag ourselves. TERRIBLE service

Just visited with my family (8/23/24, 7:30pm) and it was the worst experience we’ve had here! The restaurant was filthy with ice cream all over every table and chair. The lights with the fan in front of it create a strobing effect that is really unpleasant and uncomfortable on the eyes, and it’s also uncomfortably cold, even for an ice cream shop. The workers got our order out quickly, but it was really sloppy and melting all over the cup and they all three ran to the back after getting our orders out and stayed there and only came out when a new customer would walk in. This place is already really pricey (three small ice creams for $30) and having a bad experience makes it not at all worth the price.

The lucky charm flavor that was there was absolutely amazing! The staff and the knowledge they had was great! Don’t be afraid to ask them questions or recommendations, they are very helpful.
