Order was ready quickly and correct but unfortunately the quality of the one pizza did not match the other. Nor was the temperature. One pie nice n melty cheese, the other barely above room temperature. Wings were delicious as well.

I am fairly new to town and when I first arrived here my pizzas were disappointing. There was a management change a few months ago and every order has been outstanding. I believe the new manager's name is Doug. They actually read the order and accommodate my requests. I almost gave up on this location but now I am glad it's my local store.
Edit 10-24-25 Apparently a new manager today. I ordered 2 pizzas at the 9.99 sale price. One was charged .99 cents more, and I asked about the disparity. He became quite defensive on the edge of belgerance. I didn't have a problem with it, but I did ask to clarify. The manager, which I verified, lost his temper and gave me.my order at no cost to dismiss my question. I demanded to pay, but was rejected. All in all, it was unnecessary drama and completely out of line. I have been a loyal customer for the last 8 months, which is the time I have been in town. From now on, I will not patronize this establishment, and will drive another mile to the nearest locale. It's amazing how much difference one employee can make at a business.

As a former pizza snob - St. Louis Pizza is a style of it's own and what I only ate before moving. I decided to give this Domino's a try. I have had pizza from this location at least six times. It has been the best chain pizza and top 10 easy pizza's I've ever had. They have always made my pies perfect for my taste. My only place now, this location in particular.
Recommended dishes: Parmesan Bread Bites, Large Pepperoni Sausage and Bacon Pizza

Very rude kid working the cash register and he told me they don't accept cash. I told him that's illegal in the United States and he proceeded to argue with me about how he would have to get a manager to open the register and it would be a big deal.

We ordered online and picked up in store on a Saturday night in Aug 2025 in Las Cruces, NM. The app said the pizza would be ready in 14 minutes. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the place and our pizza was just ready when we arrived. The food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was clean. All the outside lights were not working and it was really, really dark. The staff inside said the lights had been broken for a couple days. Would definitely recommend this place and we would come back again.

I just want to commend your staff We picked up our order then discovered it was incorrect. I immediately submitted feedback on the form provided with details of the incorrect order. About 10 minutes later I received a call from Chris with an apology and an offer to either remake the order or get a credit for a future order. Chris was very pleasant and I appreciate the fast response
Update; ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon twists. When I went to pick up the pizza got cinnamon totally different. I didn't notice until I got home. Went back to the store to get what I ordered and bring back the wrong pizzas. Of course they can't take back what they gave me said I could have them but I couldn't. They had my order waiting for me. They also offered me a 2 liter bottle of soda. They were very apologetic for the mix up. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy but the time I left, I was. Thanks for being very professional.
Very fast and friendly delivery drivers. Food is always steaming hot. The chicken alfredo was great. Will buy again.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at noon. Come 11:42am I see that I missed a call saying they attempted to deliver to me but couldn't get through my gate. First off: My pizza wasn't supposed to be delivered at 11:42. It was supposed to be delivered at NOON. Secondly: Drivers must not be allowed to open gates that have no lock and are waist high. Ugh.

I went to pick up my pizza and had an extra charge of a dollar something. When I called and asked they said that a lot of the time you accidentally hit the tip button based on how the website is set up but I know I didn't. And on top of that the email they sent me to tell me that the pizza's ready after had the original total which it would have had the new one w. the tip as I've seen before when I order delivery. So it seems kind of scammy that they're keeping tips for every online order or someone that didn't ask for the receipt back (I didn't ask for mine because my bank tells me ASAP)
