Domino's Pizza

I went to pick up my pizza and had an extra charge of a dollar something. When I called and asked they said that a lot of the time you accidentally hit the tip button based on how the website is set up but I know I didn't. And on top of that the email they sent me to tell me that the pizza's ready after had the original total which it would have had the new one w. the tip as I've seen before when I order delivery. So it seems kind of scammy that they're keeping tips for every online order or someone that didn't ask for the receipt back
(I didn't ask for mine because my bank tells me ASAP)

Ordered thru the app and order was not in the system so had to wait another 25-30 minutes for my order.

Jasmine , the assistant manager was so helpful when i thought i placed an online order and went to pick it up but i forgot to submit my order. She made sure my pizza was a priority to her.

Placed online order and driver delivered to office not to my apartment
Upon calling to find out where my order was I was told that the driver had called twice and I didn’t answer to which I replied I called back and he didn’t answer and then I was told that they only had an address not an apt # which is EXTREMELY odd as I have ordered multiple times and my profile clearly lists my apt # and had even redeemed points on this order from ordering so often. Did not appreciate the service and will not order again.

I ordered some pepperoni stuffed cheese bread. There was no cheese bread upon delivery. When I called they said they would deliver what I ordered, they never did. I got ripped off. They didn't refund me. They acted like me spending money and getting nothing means nothing. You want to get ripped off? This one will do it, and won't care that they did.

Very disappointed! Ordered five pizzas and 3/5 pizzas had hair in them. I called the store and the woman who answered was clueless and didn't know how to help me so she told me to wait and put me on hold for five minutes. When the next woman came on the line (I'm assuming she was the manager on duty) I politely explained why I was calling and she accused me of lying saying that it was impossible because they wear hairnets. She didn't offer to remake my order or write my name down to remake then next time. Just said sorry and hung up. When you are a regular customer and always buy at least $50 or more of pizza, you'd expect more respect and a friendly make it right attitude. Highly doubt that we will order from Domino's again.

We love this dominoes location. They are always on time and the food is hot and excellent. I eat carnivore so i get the wings which are tasty plain or with the original Buffalo sauce. We love the 7.99 deal so i can get the wings while the family gets the pizza (any 1 topping pizza). We like to get the giftcards from Costco for even more savings. It's a plus when you can feed the family of 8 at a restaurant for just over $30.

Parking: We love drop at the car option. They have you put your hazard lights on so they know where to drop the order.

Everything was fine EXCEPT the pizzas look like they were cut by someone who has a hard time with basic shapes.

This place and the employees are very unprofessional and rude. I went last night for a pick up order, waited at the drive thru window for over 5 minutes while the employees were inside talking and walking by pretending they didn’t see me. Even though the drive thru blinker was going off indicating someone was at the window. Once I was finally helped and expressed my frustration the girl walked back and was laughing with the other employees. Then refused to give me my pizza I ordered until I “checked in”. Will no longer be ordering from this location again.

Ordered online, try to pick it up 30 minutes later after ordering, was NOT ready. I was told 5 more minutes it's in the oven. So 7 minutes later went to try to retrieve my order the girl told me.it was in the oven. I asked her how do you know? You haven't asked my name. She said ,your name please. It's in the oven. Bad experience today
