My only complaint and concern is that management want you to park in handicap if they need to take out your order because of time on getting food.Dunking doubts do better!!!

I love Dunkin donuts. It's only affordable and usually it's very quick in regards to getting my order. Today on the other hand was not a good experience at all.I placed a mobile order for a large matcha with less ice, as I work and sometimes I can take hours before I get to enjoy my drink. I purposely order it with less ice so that when I get to drink it it's not watered down and gross.I order my drink, I go in about 7:40 to pick it up, and it is filled with ice. I asked the employee if it is less ice just to double-check, and I am told "I promise you it's less ice".I then leave, as I was informed it was less ice, and 5 minutes later the drink is gone. I looked at the side of the cup and it is filled completely to the ice line which makes me think that it was filled normally with ice in the employee that told me it was less ice was either misinformed or too busy to listen to my concerns.I don't know if in order to get my less ice I need to order in person, or if I need to start ordering it without ice and bring my own. It's just really disappointing when you spend $5 for a large drink and you don't even get the right amount of liquid.

This morning is the third time that my order wasn’t right. Also, the donuts were not fresh. Didn’t have but two different types of Bagels and didn’t have plain cream cheese. I was there at 10:45am No reason not to have fresh product.

Tropical blue should be called swamp water green. Was excited about the color drink alone now just disappointed. Just make my own at home now.

I have been meaning to leave a review for one person specifically, I wish I knew his name I’ll have to update once I know but young gentleman that works evenings here, glasses blondish brown hair? ( UPDATE: his name is Adam!) HE MAKES THE BEST DRINKS!!!! Literally only like to come in the evening just for him to make the drink because it’s always so so good and just right. Shout out to him!!!
This store is a big disappointment!!! I am a restaurant manager. One young lady stood out to me so I sat and watched a while to see the way they worked together and how efficient this team was. It is not. This young lady was working the front. She was doing everything from customer service to stocking and cleaning. The treatment that this employee was getting was unexceptional, she would talk to other employees and management and was ignored. In fact they turned their backs on her. I watched her customer service and ended up offering her a job. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever visited. The food is not fresh it is microwaved. It is pre-made and delivered to the store, then the team has to microwave them in the morning and when they need more. Gross! This is one store I will never go back to! I am glad I recruited this employee, she didn't deserve to be treated this way! My only hope is that thier managers Jess and Elijah are replaced by mangers that are more professional and employee friendly. Food egh drinks sloppy dining room clean.

Their sugar donuts and coffee cake muffins were both stale this morning. Not fresh baked at all. But what irked me the most was their countertop sign saying Iced Lattes (Medium) for $2. But when I got the bill the Latte was $4.89. So I asked why and the clerk pointed out to me the fine print on the sign that said "After 2 pm." Classic bait and switch. I won't be returning. With bad pastries and high prices, please explain to me why this place stays in business.
