I love Dunkin donuts. It's only affordable and usually it's very quick in regards to getting my order. Today on the other hand was not a good experience at all.I placed a mobile order for a large matcha with less ice, as I work and sometimes I can take hours before I get to enjoy my drink. I purposely order it with less ice so that when I get to drink it it's not watered down and gross.I order my drink, I go in about 7:40 to pick it up, and it is filled with ice. This morning is the third time that my order wasn’t right. Also, the donuts were not fresh. Didn’t have but two different types of Bagels and didn’t have plain cream cheese. I was there at 10:45am No reason not to have fresh product.

I'm a Dunkin fan. Use to deliver to Chicago area Dunkin Dounuts.This is a clean store with good service.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like donuts. Staff caters to them.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in easy out.
