OK, SO I DON’T FREQUENT LAS CRUCES OFTEN BUT WHEN I DO, THIS IS A SURE STOP AND NEVER DISAPPOINTS EVEN WHEN THEY’RE BUSY IT IS WORTH THE WAIT AND THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN LAS CRUCES. THEIR SIGNATURE DRINKS ARE SO FAB STOP IN AND INDULGE.
Just ate here! Fabulous churro cake!! The young male waiter was phenomenal and spunky. In both his customer service and water making skills. The mint and watermelon water was life changing to say the least. Great service and will come back again.
Last week I posted a one-star review on service here. I was more than disappointed over the fact that our table for two reservation was ignored and a “walk-in” couple was seated just before we arrived ten minutes ahead of time. There is limited seating so waiting was not an option. The owner posted an apology and asked that we give the place another chance. We did give Fig and Brie another chance yesterday, doubling the reservation, this time for a party of four for 4:00 PM....read full review

Fig and Brie is a restaurant in Las Cruces that never disappoints, even when busy, and is worth the wait. The food is absolutely delicious, and it is probably one of the best restaurants in Las Cruces. The signature drinks are fabulous. The churro cake is fabulous, and the mint and watermelon water is life changing. The wine list is fantastic, the burratta is excellent, and the summer salad with strawberries is not to be missed. The flat breads are enjoyable during Happy Hour. The food is different and just great, and everything is plated so nicely. Service is generally very good, and the staff is welcoming. The owner responds sincerely. Reservations are honored, and the table service is good. Fig and Brie is a bright spot with great food, service, and ambiance.
