Me and my coworker went to their ice cream shop . We work here in the mall and every single time we get Maria she’s extremely RUDE. Girl with the really short hair and always wears a hat . She always has a bad attitude & always seems so annoyed with everyone. Before we thought she just had a bad day but it seems as it’s like that all the time with her attitude. Ridiculous at this point if you don’t like your job don’t work there or change your attitude. Worst customer service ever !! RUDE

I liked this place when it opened. it had great food and ok service. You could never find the employees as they are always in the back but it was góod.I just went today to get an elote and the person taking the order was very rude and told me to go to the other side because they do the fruit? ? and then looked at me and said, well are you going to order? So I apologized and moved to the fruit side, there were some people in front of me, the person taking the orders asked me what I wanted and I said that the person in front of me was next so she sighed and walked away after a while, she came back and took our orders. I ordered an elote and this is what I got(pictures), an extra small cup of elote for 7 dollars ? that tastes like oil and lemon ?. It is way overpriced for size and ingredients (just elote, oil, lemon) compared to any other place in Las Cruces.I don't like to be mistreated so I won't be going back again, there are so many places to get way better elote and good custome service. I do not recommend this place.
