I love the food at Freddy’s but omg this location is horrible the employees don’t know how to take orders and always mess the up. I order a crispy chicken sandwich which is supposed to come with tomatoes , lettuce and sauce but didn’t put the tomatoes or the sauce js plain lettuce with the chicken…!!?? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We placed an online order, got to the speaker, told them we had an online order, they told us okay pull up to the window. We get to the window then the worker tell us the order had just gone through 15 seconds ago, which makes no sense because if we told them our name at the speaker you would think they would tell us that there’s no order with that name if the order just went through as soon as we got to the window. But whatever. We didn’t mind waiting like they asked us to and told us to go to the front of the building and that someone will bring us our order to us once it was ready. We waited 15min at the front of the building like they asked till finally we decide to go inside to get it ourselves because no one ever came out. Mind you the cars from the drive through were getting their food immediately. We go inside and our food was just sitting on the counter. We tell them we’re waiting on our order and the worker just tells us “oh it’s right there sorry.” I understand things get busy and people are forgetful but if you know you’re going to forget then don’t make customers pull up to the front just to not give them their order.

I have been getting the original doublessteakburgers for quite some time now but today July 6th at 2 PM in the afternoon supposedly they were in a rush and the manager was cooking the burger. Manager needs to lr a rn how to cook a burger and did not bother to watch what she was doing and slopped a patty that was fried to a crisp and just threw the sandwich together. We have had the most delicious steakburgers in the past but I don't know where they got this so called manager,/cook, somebody needs to over see her work and retrain. Being short staffed and in a rush is no excuse for shoddy service and food.

The food is pretty good. Good quality hamburger, large selection of choices. Yummy shakes!!
Here's the problem... the customer service. Another business with employees that obviously don't want to be there and don't like their job... or people for that matter. IMO, the food doesn't make up for the experience of annoying someone by needing them to do the job they're paid to perform. Not cool.

Never again. The people behind the counter will ignore you while talking to each other. I've seen a manager berate a new employee in front of me. One blonde guy was increasingly rude to me when handling my order.
Parking: Very cramped to get around with Cane's right next door.

Terrible customer service. I have been there a handful of times and four of the employees have been rude or disrespectful. The food is ok, not as good as Blake’s.

The music had some issues that made the dinner annoying. They had the music blasting and reception was bad. Turn it off or change the station and keeping from turning on & off repeatedly for about 30 minutes . VERY ANNOYING !!
