The food is pretty good. Good quality hamburger, large selection of choices. Yummy shakes!!
Here's the problem... the customer service. Another business with employees that obviously don't want to be there and don't like their job... or people for that matter. IMO, the food doesn't make up for the experience of annoying someone by needing them to do the job they're paid to perform. Not cool.

Never again. The people behind the counter will ignore you while talking to each other. I've seen a manager berate a new employee in front of me. One blonde guy was increasingly rude to me when handling my order.
Parking: Very cramped to get around with Cane's right next door.

Terrible customer service. I have been there a handful of times and four of the employees have been rude or disrespectful. The food is ok, not as good as Blake’s.

The music had some issues that made the dinner annoying. They had the music blasting and reception was bad. Turn it off or change the station and keeping from turning on & off repeatedly for about 30 minutes . VERY ANNOYING !!

They’re good normally but just for future customers. You need to be specific on your order and repeat it about 3 times because they’re a bit slow and tend to continually mess orders up and get upset at you for an order they messed up.

This is my first time at Freddy's. I placed an order online; I did this and then drove 8 mins to the restaurant. My order was ready. I only saw one employee working (the person who served me). I had to briefly wait while they retrieved my shake from the fridge. They were very kind. The place looked great!
The first issue I had, albeit small, was that I was given a messy shake. I understand that leaks and messes are bound to happen, but someone could have at least given me some napkins. I couldn't find any napkins near the register (the employee who helped me was gone by then). Thankfully, there were two in my bag that I managed to fish out and use.
The peppermint oreo shake was awesome. I definitely would have ordered a larger size if I knew how small "regular" was.
The double burger was okay. I asked for no onions, but they still put onions on; however, I easily pulled them off. Some areas of the patties weren't seasoned evenly, so on one occasion, I had a salty bite, and then my final bite was spicy.
I got a large order of the shoestring fries, and they went straight into the can after I tasted a few. They tasted like extra-baked rehydratrd stale noodles.
Again, the restaurant looked nice and clean, and the employee who helped me was great. I was not impressed by the food.

This place is like 5 guys, only the food is better, the fries are not fresh they are shoe string size, pepso is the preferred brand. Burgers are very this but there enough meat on them to be satisfied
