KFC in Las Cruces

“Today I went there and was waiting for a large order watching customer being rude and giving all the employees a hard time (which they were being very polite with everyone) they were genuinely looking overwhelmed and everyone seemed to be doing the best they could and moving quickly especially the younger boy in the back. The floor manager had already very nicely apologized for the wait for my order and kept me up to date on them working on it. But they are getting 4 stars because then a girl who Im assuming was the general manager came in short shorts and yelled at her floor manager in front of everyone about their productivity. That general manager needs to have a little more compassion for her employees, she didn't even asked her was going on or if she needed more help, or at the very least she should've had the professionalism to take her into the office rather than scolding that poor woman in front of customers.“

“A southern eat out because I used to be a chef with Princess and I make all my own meals however every now and again I get stuck out in town doing business all day and need to eat before I get home in this particular occasion it was getting late and I didn't even know if anything would still be open I saw Kentucky Fried Chicken's advertisement on their sign in the parking lot so I drove through there I was really impressed with how you treated me and I've gone back there several times and felt just as good“
