I ordered the Cali burrito, which was very tasty. The beef needed slower cooking style to be tender. I'd order something else there for sure, but not w/potatoes. Those seem to be listed in many of the burrit os. This is a food truck establishment.
I'm traveling from NY and decided to stop by food is really amazing especially their tacos, is a hidden menu but ask for them. Rice is on point, grab the taco put some green salsa, and you will taste the glory of cilantro with salsa. I do recommend that you stop by and get some real food.
The owner is a great person and makes food with love. Something you don't find much of these days. Been here many times, and this time I decided to try the BBQ Steak Torta. Absolutely the best torta I have ever eaten. Got it with a side of fries which were perfectly done. This is a must try food truck here in Las Cruces.
