Madelyn's is a great place to hang out for a meal on their patio! it's so pretty and peaceful. They always have good music. I love to see the lunch goers dancing!

Madelyn’s is a lovely restaurant in the heart of Mesilla with a vibe that is a perfect mix of rustic charm and class. The setting is utterly charming, with indoor and outdoor seating, including a patio with lights and a fountain. The service is excellent, friendly, fast, and accommodating. The food is good to very good and sometimes excellent, with everything appropriately priced. The menu includes a salad, the bean soup, a calzone, the brie and ham sandwich, the turkey club, a Reuben, dessert, and pizzas. The green chiles pizzas, the green chile chicken enchilada pizza, and the Jimmy’s House pizza are truly recommended. The calzone is the best, more of a light pastry instead of heavy dough. The pizza dough is fantastic, kind of flaky and layers like a good croissant, and the toppings are tasty. The soup is clearly home made. The place is laid back, relatively quiet, and great for a relaxing afternoon on a patio. It is recommended for couples wanting a romantic brunch or lunch and mid-size families. The menu says they host parties as well. Overall, a wonderful experience.
