McDonald's in Las Cruces

“Well for the grandkids i stop by the one thats closes to me which tough out las cruces there are quiteca few. W i as a child love our local McDonald's, changed since my 60, 70, 80, era but never the less they are still around and have classic and old school. Atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: Yes always a place for the kiddos, to enjoy well the group and still eatimg or just chit chatting away.“

“I just wanted to share a positive experience I had at this location on 09/29/24 at around 8:20 p.m. I stopped by there on my way home to work and was using a coupon code as well as ordering off of the menu. And as coupon codes often do, things got a bit complicated. So the workers had to figure out how to fix the order and make the code work correctly. And although I briefly held up their line, and caused a bit of extra complications, the workers were really friendly to me the entire time and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Once my food came out it was fresh, and made the way that I had requested. Just a great experience overall. So I don't wanted to just give them a kudos because I think it's easy to underestimate just how hard it can be to work in a fast food job. Yet they made me feel like a valued customer the entire time.“

“Decent food with decent service... Almost always a good atmosphere... Size of food and quality keeps going down with prices constantly going up... Which isn't great when you are feeding a large family or group of people... The items ordered weren't listed... But the free double cheeseburger ended up being a green chili cheeseburger. Which was for someone that can't eat spicy food... (Medically ordered) "Always get my/our orders wrong at this location..." Even with small orders... If and when we complain, management side with their employee/s... This has been for a few years now... Not a very good customer friendly service all around... That is why we only visit it out of convenience... Yet you definitely can find diamonds out of the bunch... Those employees provide quality customer service and should be recognized... One can only hope...“

“The establishment was clean but had an odor about it. Perhaps it was vagrants wondering around (most likely). The service was quick and friendly. Bathrooms were clean though only one soap dispenser worked. However in their defense, there was a employee wiping down the front of the store outside. Perhaps our timing was just off for it was early in the morning.“

“I ordered through the app and picked up in the drive thru. The process was smooth...no problems.

I like using the app because I get good deals when using it. I got an egg biscuit for only a buck! That's a great deal as far as I am concerned.

I love McDonald's biscuits. I'm sure they come frozen, but I don't even care. They are so delicious!

I also got an unsweetened ice tea. I like that a lot too. I know it's unusual, but I really like unsweetened iced tea.

Anyway, everything was easy here. There were a lot of cars in the drive thru, but it all went pretty fast.

Vegetarian options: McDonald's is not a great place for a vegetarian. Maybe you can get a salad?
Maybe there are breakfast items with no meat or meat products?

Parking: Parking lot is not huge, but there seemed to be enough spaces.

Kid-friendliness: There's an indoor playground. I saw it through the window. Kids seem to like McDonald's regardless of playground availability.“

For any Denverites in Las Cruces that care, it's off the first exit on I-25. I mostly just came to this location to marvel over the fact that I had gotten here after entering at the start of a major north-south thoroughfare of Denver. So of course I ordered Nuggets.“
