“Wow!!! I always go to the McDonald’s on Dyer cause is closest to me but today we stopped at this location and it’s was so refreshing seeing every employee smile and greet us, the manager was there as well and also welcomed us. The environment is clean and staff even came to check on us!!! Good fresh and hot food! Will be back to this location.“

“This store on Yarborough and North Loop is very nice. Staff are great, they treat old folks like people not " get out of here". We enjoy a couple of cups of coffee and just chill out. There's a great play area for little ones. There's even a door that closes when spirits get too high. We love it here!“

“I would like to share my experience with this McDonald’s in specific, I had placed an order online and the order never showed up at the location I was supposed to pick it up , after going to 3 different locations I made it to the one in utep which is this location and the employee manager named BRYAN OR BRIAN helped me and gave me my order ! “I am so happy with the service I got last Friday for my breakfast , they have two new one’s and they are a good team working together, I was treated really good, they maintain the restaurant very clean always, even when they have a lot of people they treat me to good nice job“

“Very disappointed with one part of my order. Ordered the double cheeseburger combo, told me they didn't have it, got the reg cheeseburger combo. Wanted extra cheese and onions, gave me the reg portion. Also got the fish sandwich and 20 piece nuggets. The fish was very small and the extra tarter sauce on the side of the bun, 20 piece nuggets very dry. Ordered the lg size unsweetened tea, got the sweet tea instead and the cup for the combo my unsweetened tea.“

The ketchup packets are sticky, like one opened and they never notice or took the time to clean it up.

The staff will actively ignore you, grab your food and go... if you have any questions expect a wait or ask it right away.

They will sell you a medium even if you order a small combo...

“I loved that when I ordered fries they a little bag with ketchup and napkins, Its rare to find a McDonald's where I have to ask for ketchup every single time or go back if I forgot to ask. The fries were freshly made and they were fast. Im considering stopping by more often.“

“This is easily the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I know it’s new, but the staff is so nice and even though they rushed the service is very good. I’ve come during busy hour and never lasted more than 3 to 4 minutes in their drive-through. “Service was phenomenal. Food was warm and accounted for. My only -1 in atmosphere would be, if management needs to talk to an employee, do it away from customer view, as I saw a manager talk to her employee. If you guys need coverage on weekends I can send my resume.“

“I can't remember the last time I've been to a McDonald's and the staff actually cared. First of all the bathrooms were clean, lobby is spotless they even have a playplace for my kids. The food was great, hot and fresh and the best part is the entire staff was friendly and inviting and took care of everything. Food came out fast. Just the best after driving 7 hours“

The service was extremely slow, the food was old, as if it had been sitting under the heat-lamp for a long time, even the fries were cold.Additionally, the place wasn't very clean and the bathroom was worse.I'm not sure if it was just a bad day or if this is the norm for this place but, I haven't been back since my last visit.“

“It is a good spot, even though the area is mostly busy, the food has constantly good, no complaints on the quality, one thing I do want to note is that a couple of times we order something on the app, like in my case a couple of apple pies and once you get to the window they do not have them available, last time I went my wife, she ordered a strawberry shake and it was not available either, they should keep track what items are available. Other than that it is a good place to graba quick bite.“

She sang part of a song with the kids made us all laugh and others in the restaurant also joked with her because she was a happy spirit. The area seems dark and gloomy like a rest area but the vibes from the girl made things cheery.“

“Was greeted in spanish at the drive through. I thought for a minute I was across the the border. Then paying at window. The employee gives me total in spanish. I responded with a n EXCUSE ME. “I visited this location earlier this week and the manager Gabriela was a saint! They were very busy when I showed up (BTS weekend, Friday at like 9pm) and Gabriela was running that shift like a boss, handling customer issues at the register and the drive thru window simultaneously. She was super polite while also being very prompt. When I couldn't decide what I wanted, she helped me choose and my meal was delicious :-) Thank you, Gabriela!!! This location really needs to give her a raise or something, she deserves it!“

“My grandson and I were coming out of the parking lot, and we saw a Lady holding a baby boy and two little girls seating on a wagon. She was holding a sign, but I never read what was written. I just got my wallet out, and we handed her some money. She said something about food, but my grandson said it would be hard for her to get something. So he drove to the other side of Joe Battle and went to McDonalds. We got lunch for all four of them, and waters too. Feels good, no matter how BIG or small the hegift is. 🥰🥰🥰🥰“

“We arrived at your facility to dine in and proceeded to place the order at the counter. I guess the staff was extremely busy and took them a while to acknowledge us, we were finally greeted by a staff member and he took our order. We waited for our order a noticed, it was incomplete, there were no fries and no catchup added to our order. My wife approached the counter again, but we noticed they were extremely busy and the kind gentleman cleaning the restaurant noticed we had been waiting for a while so, he asked us in a very polite manner if we needed something. My wife told him we were waiting for someone to take care of us because we were missing items in our order and he went ahead and took care of us right away. The housekeeping gentleman was very polite, customer service oriented and he TRuLY went above and beyond to ensure we were taken cared off. That shows and truly reflects the professionalism of the kind and humble, housekeeping gentleman that took the time to notice us; when everyone else was too busy to even acknowledge our presence. I am visually impaired and when my wife made me aware of what went on and how this gentleman went above and beyond to take care of us, when everyone else was too busy to even acknowledge us; that TRULY speaks very highly about the character of this kind gentleman. We want to take this opportunity to recognize him and hopefully, management will notice this kind, humble, yet; very professional and attentive staff of your establishment. My wife mentioned to me that the restaurant was completely empty, but it was obvious your drive thru was extremely busy since, nobody noticed us for a while. We understand the restaurant is probably under staff, BUT that does not give anyone the excuse to be ignored. The name of the kind housekeeping gentleman was Mr. Sergio.“

“Clean and tidy place, the service was not so fast because a lot of people arrived.
It has little parking space and does have spaces assigned for disabled people.
The bathrooms are clean and functional.

Parking: There are few places to park because it shares space with another business and is located at a gas station.“

“We drove into the parking and saw a clean cut young man checking something on the building. I was at the kiosk ordering and the same young man was having a conversation on speaker. His friend cussed up a storm but there were no kids in the area. After ordering I walked into the play area and couldn't find a clean table. My wife asked for a rag to wipe off or table. The clean cut young man jumped up and had the sweetest lady wipe off our table. She then cleaned the rest of the tables off. I watched minutes later as a line formed at the counter, same young man jumped up off his laptop and helped with the line. I'm assuming he's at least a manager. I was left very impressed with his performance and leadership. I would have given 5 stars but the dining area could have been cleaner. Finally, they served us the best McDonald's fries I've ever had! Don't tell anyone, they're already very busy.“

“If you are hitting up this McDonald’s, you’ve accidentally stumbled into the most efficient weekend afternoon blueprint in El Paso. As soon as you grab your fries, you can literally coast right into Big Bens Drive Thru right next door in the exact same plaza complex (8500 Dyer St).

It is ridiculously easy—zero traffic, zero turning back out onto Dyer, and you don't even have to unbuckle your seatbelt. You just grab your cheat-meal fuel, roll 20 seconds over to Big Bens for a cold 12-pack, and you're fully prepped for the weekend.

Fastest burger-to-beer transition in the city. 10/10 layout, will definitely be making this my regular double-stop!“

“Exactly what I expected which is hard to do with so many McDonalds. Great service and everything where you expect it to be. No surprises is sometimes a good thing.

“So today I went to some morning brunch and staff were great I love how they gave me everything I ordered I ask for 10 packs of ketchup because I enjoy eating with my kids a little bit more ketchup than usual.
