McDonald's in El Paso

“Wow!!! I always go to the McDonald’s on Dyer cause is closest to me but today we stopped at this location and it’s was so refreshing seeing every employee smile and greet us, the manager was there as well and also welcomed us. The environment is clean and staff even came to check on us!!! Good fresh and hot food! Will be back to this location.“

“This store on Yarborough and North Loop is very nice. Staff are great, they treat old folks like people not " get out of here". We enjoy a couple of cups of coffee and just chill out. There's a great play area for little ones. There's even a door that closes when spirits get too high. We love it here!“

Parking: Plenty of parking, you can also park at Wal-Mart which is across from it.

“I would like to share my experience with this McDonald’s in specific, I had placed an order online and the order never showed up at the location I was supposed to pick it up , after going to 3 different locations I made it to the one in utep which is this location and the employee manager named BRYAN OR BRIAN helped me and gave me my order ! Excellent customer service Brian thank you for helping me that day I hope management sees this review and I’m hoping they acknowledge your work ethic and your excellence in providing customer service ! “Very disappointed with one part of my order. Ordered the double cheeseburger combo, told me they didn't have it, got the reg cheeseburger combo. Wanted extra cheese and onions, gave me the reg portion. Also got the fish sandwich and 20 piece nuggets. The fish was very small and the extra tarter sauce on the side of the bun, 20 piece nuggets very dry. Ordered the lg size unsweetened tea, got the sweet tea instead and the cup for the combo my unsweetened tea.“

“Meh, standard McDonalds.

The ketchup packets are sticky, like one opened and they never notice or took the time to clean it up.

The staff will actively ignore you, grab your food and go... if you have any questions expect a wait or ask it right away.

They will sell you a medium even if you order a small combo...

But its Mc Donalds... what do you expect?“

“Very good service and the security is an excellent person and very helpful. I stopped by for a cafe at night and needed to be there for a few hours since my bus to Los Angeles left in an hour. The truth is I felt very safe in the place, and the security was very friendly.“

“Would give a 4.5, the staff is good but i still dont like how they depend on the machines for ordering. Although, the food was fresh and the store was well maintained.

“Ordered 4 Sandwich Egg,Sausage, Cheese combos, They forgot to put in the 4 hass browns 😐 was too far to return when I realized it I was not to happy ..The drive through lady was nice and friendly. Just a word of advice CHECK DOUBLE CHECK your order before leaving the parking lot 👍and the staff pay attention on the orders when they are being delivered to the customer ..

“Today I visited the McDonald’s located at Paisano and Alameda with my two children. While placing my order at the digital screen, a young blond man approached me asking for money, and I noticed he had a machete on his waist. I immediately informed the on-duty supervisor, who acted quickly by asking the individual to leave and calling the police.

The young man realized that I was the one who reported him and began shouting, which made me very concerned for my safety and that of my children. Fortunately, the police arrived within a few minutes, and the situation was resolved.

I appreciate the supervisor’s prompt response, but I believe it is important to strengthen attention and vigilance regarding who enters the restaurant, especially when families with children are present, to ensure a safe environment for all customers.“

“Service was phenomenal. Food was warm and accounted for. My only -1 in atmosphere would be, if management needs to talk to an employee, do it away from customer view, as I saw a manager talk to her employee. If you guys need coverage on weekends I can send my resume.“

“Look at the big signs that say, "Buy this! Or THIS!" The very tiny screen tells you your order is ready, but you can't read it. They also don't have napkins. We'll, they put a few in the bag, but no dispensers. I get it; less convenient for the customers, but less work for them.“

“It's a Mickey D's, nothing special, got my food, but check your food especially pies, I had hours old pies, I was like, WHAT!?!? Make sure yall food is fresh, especially when it is during slow hours, so 4 stars. “10/10 amazing drive thru experience. And I mean, spoke clearly, understood perfectly my order. But! The FOOD! 100/10, and it was a simple order. Double cheeseburger, plain, only cheese, large hi-c, large fries. And LET ME TELL YOU! fries: crispy... burger: deliciously perfect with the cheese melted like heaven. And the drink perfect of course, would recommend. Honestly I'd come by again, and again and again. :)“

“This is easily the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I know it’s new, but the staff is so nice and even though they rushed the service is very good. I’ve come during busy hour and never lasted more than 3 to 4 minutes in their drive-through. I’ve never left a review at a fast food location either but I really hope this location stays the way it is.“

“It's a decent place to get food to go but the in-store experience left me wanting to take my food to-go. The service was extremely slow, the food was old, as if it had been sitting under the heat-lamp for a long time, even the fries were cold.Additionally, the place wasn't very clean and the bathroom was worse.I'm not sure if it was just a bad day or if this is the norm for this place but, I haven't been back since my last visit.“

“I mean, Its McDonalds so the food is pretty unilaterally the same. But, this location was clean, friendly and had a short wait time when I went. There are far worse locations. The food was hot, well put together and good (Ive had a "big breakfast" as well as the quarter pounder meal here) so no complaints. If I crave McDonald's, I'll definitely go here again.“

“Excellent place and service. Very clean facilities and fast service despite the number of customers. Very fresh foods and adequate temperatures. A group of older adults were in the facilities and they were treated very courteously. Very attentive employees“

“Don't remember the girls name at the register but she was very friendly and patient. She sang part of a song with the kids made us all laugh and others in the restaurant also joked with her because she was a happy spirit. The area seems dark and gloomy like a rest area but the vibes from the girl made things cheery.“

“It is a good spot, even though the area is mostly busy, the food has constantly good, no complaints on the quality, one thing I do want to note is that a couple of times we order something on the app, like in my case a couple of apple pies and once you get to the window they do not have them available, last time I went my wife, she ordered a strawberry shake and it was not available either, they should keep track what items are available. Other than that it is a good place to graba quick bite.“

“My grandson and I were coming out of the parking lot, and we saw a Lady holding a baby boy and two little girls seating on a wagon. She was holding a sign, but I never read what was written. I just got my wallet out, and we handed her some money. She said something about food, but my grandson said it would be hard for her to get something. So he drove to the other side of Joe Battle and went to McDonalds. We got lunch for all four of them, and waters too. Feels good, no matter how BIG or small the hegift is. 🥰🥰🥰🥰“

“Was greeted in spanish at the drive through. I thought for a minute I was across the the border. Then paying at window. The employee gives me total in spanish. I responded with a n EXCUSE ME. She had to call her Co worker to help her cause she does not understand English. I live in the USA ??. WE are in the USA ??“

“I just want to share about the great customer service experience I had here today. Omar Enriquez one of the managers was awesome. Omar had heard about a little mishap with my order. He was very concerned that the restaurant take care of my order. He was very prompt and very professional. The restaurant was very very busy. Yet Omar was taking care of every order plus correcting my order. Thank you Omar for your professionalism and your great customer service support. I will be recommending this McDonald's to my family and friends.“

“The food was cold. The service was excellent. There are 2 Restrooms but both of them were closed. Supposedly dirty and they didn't have someone to clean them. Customers couldn't use them.
Atmosphere: staff was asking someone to leave the store because he had a drink from somewhere else.“

“This McDonald's was a good spot to hit the drive thru! The staff was quick and efficient and friendly. I went for breakfast and got actually the tastiest item I've ever tasted from McDonald's! It's a steak bagel. It had a steak patty, cheese, egg and grilled onions on a toasted bagel. Very delicious!!! 5 out of 5 stars!“

“Clean and tidy place, the service was not so fast because a lot of people arrived.
It has little parking space and does have spaces assigned for disabled people.
The bathrooms are clean and functional.

Parking: There are few places to park because it shares space with another business and is located at a gas station.“

The manager dilly-dally’s around by paying attention to her phone and other things. She finally gives me my ice cream. I have worked at McDonald’s in London, England. It was huge !! Nobody, ( including managers ) were not allowed to be doing personal things on company time !!!! This goes for most companies.“

“The personal was lost they took a long time with my order. I went to ask twice for my meal, the second time that I went I saw my order sitting there for like 5 minutes and they wouldn't give it to me I had to ask again and it was complete and they finally gave it to me after the third time that I asked“

“Employees seem pretty occupied with their conversations to greet or offer assistance! Saw a senior citizen reprimanded for going to counter to order cause he didn't understand the kiosk!!!! I had to jump in and correct the young Employees behavior as he was telling the senior they don't take orders at the counter!!!! false! Not everyone can nurse a kiosk for a number of reasons!! BETTER TRAINING IS NEEDED AT ALL LOCATIONS!“

“Exactly what I expected which is hard to do with so many McDonalds. Great service and everything where you expect it to be. No surprises is sometimes a good thing.

Parking: Not a big fan of the ordering kiosk but a server was right there to take my order for me.“

“So today I went to some morning brunch and staff were great I love how they gave me everything I ordered I ask for 10 packs of ketchup because I enjoy eating with my kids a little bit more ketchup than usual. And I didn't catch her name who attended me.. but she made my day. Very good on customer service we need people like that have a smile in there face. It's contagious. Good good“

“This store better hope that ‘Eric’ doesn’t quit. This one kid literally was holding the place together. He was running (literally running) orders out to tables, ‘fixing’ all of the order errors and doing it all with the patience of a saint.

Shame on this McDonalds’ management for staffing the restaurant so lean. Eric, I hope you move on to use your talents at a place that values your excellent work ethic.“
