Everything is good but the friendliness of the staff. The old famous service with a smile is now service with a frown. Paid cash for a small drink and manager couldn't find it. 1st couple of times was good when i went, last 3 times was bad! And a sarcastic lobby employee lady who's seems bitter!! The cashier was rude. My kids went to ask her for something and she completely ignored them. I had to go myself and she spoke to me very rudely. This is the McDonald's on Alameda and Carolina we went for breakfast. We usually don't go to that one. But we were in the area. The food was good. It was fresh and hot and cooked well.
