Ordered a fish meal with well done fries and of course Not well done they were oily. I'm wondering if they do the same that everyone is doing throw what's sitting there and re frying them?
They are fast at making and delivering orders, but management is rude. And they lack knowledge on their online ordering. The app is so convenient and coming to this location always makes it difficult. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had issues with online ordering at this location. They need to catch up to other El Paso locations. Management should at least have training on the app to have some understanding. Probably won't go back to this location anymore.

Food was good, service was horrible! I ordered a big Mac & fries and a 10 pc nugget meal and not only did it take almost 25 minutes to receive my order (with no one in the restaurant) but the lady never gave me my drink cups and forgot the fries as well.. when I let her know what I was missing from the order, she very rudely said " let me see your receipt" as if I were lying.
