We waited at the counter for about three minutes without being acknowledged. When an employee finally approached us, they didn't greet us or ask what they could get for us—they simply looked at us and waited for us to speak. Combined with the dirty restrooms, broken ice machine, and badly damaged ceiling, the restaurant felt poorly maintained and unwelcoming. It was almost as if the workers there didn't wanted us there. They only want to attend drive thru orders maybe? Anyway...read full review

I had an amazing experience at Wendy’s! From the moment I walked in, the employees were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The staff worked quickly while still making sure every customer felt appreciated and taken care of. My order was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly the way I wanted.

Wendy's restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. They offer quick service, greeting customers promptly and delivering food in a timely manner. The menu items, including burgers and kids' meals, are consistently good, with affordable prices. Customers have noted that this location has some of the best food among Wendy's in El Paso. The restaurant maintains cleanliness, including the lobby and bathrooms. While many enjoyed the fresh food and praised the nice staff, there have been some concerns about the freshness of the fries and the quality of certain meals. Breakfast options are suggested to last longer, especially during summer. Overall, Wendy's is a great option with wheelchair accessibility and plenty of parking.
