McDonald's in Las Cruces

“They were serving their McRib, which is only available at certain times of year. It was really good. The McRib had lots of sauce and fresh pickles. Yum! I always like the fries which are skinny and crispy, I think McDonald's has the best fries! Down sides, we couldn't pay at the kiosk, had to go up to the counter. Secondly, they have to keep the bathrooms locked. You must ask for a code to use the restrooms due to high drug use in the area...so sad. This is my hometown.“

“This McDonald’s has the most friendliest employees working there, I especially love how Hemma and Mari were so sweet and went beyond their duties to help me of getting my BTS collection no complaints or rudeness when talking to them did everything to make my day. The other McDonald’s were not so accommodating they were simply rude and so unprofessional and went by their own rules and not friendly at all. But Hemma and Mari were the best and very professional, they totally made a great impression on me on how managing a business should be. So thumbs up to these to young ladies. Thank you for your wonderful service. I will definitely keep going back to your store often.“

“This McDonald’s on University Avenue is hands-down the best one in town. We frequent this location regularly because the difference is night and day compared to the others. The staff here are always so polite and genuinely welcoming whether in the drive-thru or inside, you feel like a valued customer from the moment you pull up.
You can really tell there’s strong management at play.

On the shifts we visit, the entire team carries a happy, positive attitude that’s infectious. Everyone seems engaged and working together smoothly. Bianca in particular gave us exceptional service again this morning her energy and attentiveness made the stop genuinely enjoyable.

In a world of hit-or-miss fast food service, this location consistently delivers. We love it so much that we’ll happily drive past the other two McDonald’s in the area just to come here. “Like about half the mcds I go to, the workers are to lazy or to busy to provide actual table service to their customers even though mcds Corp has it as sn available option on the mcds app. Instead they just yell out the table #s. I'm used to it, but a disabled person may be disappointed“

“I visited the Mesa grande location this morning between 8 and 8:30. The manager went beyond what was expected. I questioned her about an order I placed on the kiosk. She was so very good at explaining what I was wanting to know without rolling her eyes at me. Believe me, I really appreciate that! She also brought me a sample of a product that I had asked her about. That was so unexpected! Thank you so much!“

“Our experience at this McDonalds was great. Michelle & Monica were the kindest woman I have met in a long time when it comes to customer service they were so kind when it came to getting the specific toy for my autistic son for his birthday. Thank you again ladies we would definitely come back.“
