No one behind the counter
More than 1 hr wait for to go order. 8 drinks and 5 combos!
Price goes up, all kiosks, horrible customer service from management when held accountable. Go somewhere else.
Ordered delivery, took one hour to get here, and it was cold. Took them the 3 calls for them to answer and be apathetic.
Well, used the mobile app for curbside pickup. I’ve been waiting 35 MINUTES for a breakfast order. Let me go ahead and give you guys some advice: I highly recommend that before you come to this location, that you make sure the stars are aligned, COVID is eradicated, you do some spiritual soul searching, and you make sure you watch the Harry Potter 7 movie trilogy consecutively. Maybe, just MAYBE, you’ll get your McMuffin in less than 5-7 business days.

McDonald's is a conveniently located restaurant with a helpful staff. Despite being busy, especially near the hospital, the staff tries to keep up with orders. However, the drive-thru line can be long, and orders may take a while to fulfill, sometimes with mistakes. The atmosphere is colorful and young, but service can be slow due to technical issues.
