My wife bagel was burnt and her hot chocolate was watered down. Definitely was not worth the extra 4 bucks I would not recommend this specific location. Any other location would be better then this.
Food alway warm
This spot was the only one we liked to stop by they would always have great customer service on point always, our orders would always be perfect maybe from time to time a little mistake which is normal we are humans we all make mistakes, but lately Customer service is horrible. It might be that there is too many employees, and all trying to do something at the same time but there is no structure they are all over the place they are not organized. Staff are well-trained, providing friendly and helpful service. In comparison to other McDonald's, the Dyer location by Sanders stands out with its efficient and courteous team. However, there have been isolated incidents regarding the cleanliness and attitude of some employees.
