Do not go here. I set in line 1 while 3 cars from line 2. Got their orders placed around me and when Someone finally got on the intercom to ask me if I wanted something, they said oh, we're sorry. Did you want something very rudely?

Yesterday, I visited this establishment only to find it had closed early. Proceeding to the drive-thru, I placed an order but inadvertently forgot to include an item. When I politely requested to adjust my order before payment, the attendant adamantly refused, insisting I return to the back of the line to rectify the mistake. Despite the evident inefficiency and ample opportunity to accommodate such a simple request, the attendant’s uncooperative attitude and lack of professionalism were palpable. This occurred around 9 p.m. My overall experience was marred by the evident disregard for customer satisfaction, reflecting a disappointing level of service from the staff, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location during this time as they seem indifferent to providing good service and procrastinate when attending to customers.

I've been a district secret shopper many years and never before, an obese older looking woman was at window , she had bad breath and appears to have greasy hair, she looked unkept. She seemed bothered when I asked for a cup holder and napkins, I'll need to talk to headquarters about this !!
The manager at this location LETTY is HORRID. She’s a sad excuse for a manger when she can’t even honor $1 fries as again a manager.. she seems to want to honor her ego over her customers. MCSAD!!!!

This is the THIRD time I get coffee with burnt taste. No issues at the store mesa or any other store. I can’t believe no one complains about the horrible taste. Save your money and go to another

They make me wait to second register more than 12 minutes while at the first they already attended more than 10 cars and after waiting all this time I had to move to the first register . Super frustrating. Bad service and rude employee when addressed this.

Terrible service my family and I dined in in mid January weather outside is 52 degrees and they have the ac blasting inside the kids play area, I asked nicely multiple times if they could lower the ac and they did not, I asked to speak to manager and let her know I have a newborn and two little toddlers who are freezing and she said she will look into it and never adjusted the ac so I went again to the same manager and explained it’s not the middle of July it’s January and it’s way too cold for kids and even for adults to sit in the play area to watch the kids and she said okay and never adjusted the ac and it kept blasting cold air. Terrible conditions for the environment for guests and lack of care for customers on top of the fact that the chicken nuggets were also not properly cooked. I do not recommend this McDonald’s location
