Worst customer service! Marla the manager was rude AF! I paid for pizza over the phone, family picked it up and they charged them, they paid cash. I had to call and speak to Marla, who discovered the order was already paid for. She yelled at her employee while I was on the phone. I asked her to please deal with the issue after she tells me how the refund will be given since they charged the ordered twice.Instead of being apologetic for an honest mistake, which is understandable, she yelled at and argued with her employee, never apologized, and was beyond unprofessional,and rude.

Was really excited to to try NYPFor the first timeLong story short,ordered XXL pep,And Pep, sicilian, and desert for pick up, person taking order said 1hr to 90 minutes i asked them to call or text me when it was put in the oven so it wouldnt be cold or soggy they said sure,No call no text Hmmm? ,so I call in hourGet put on hold by employee he answers iTell him my info ,says it's ready what?? for pick upNO CALL NOTHINGHe said sorry that they are slammed ,so me and my son get there we live just around corner took us 3minutes not Busey at all,the GNC next door was busey and they looked like they were happy for the job thet are doing .......Well here it goes,,get there no line 3 people at bar,1 at counter,???No line outside no one wating to get seated ....What, that's Busey. oh it gets betterSo person who helped at counter was NOT friendly what so ever she brings the pizza(no desert) had to let her know we ordered desert too she acted like it was debilitating to turn from counter walk 3ft to kitchen area,maybe actually reading receipt would save you the tremendous burdened of feeling overworked or doing yoyr job,And if she was a manager they must have huge quality control and staffing issues sheseemed to struggle to answer a simple question wow so upon leaving no thank you for your buisness nothing no thanks for coming in omg.so $70 for cold Xxl pizzaCold burnt around edges Sicilian pizza and stale tasting desertWant my money backTerrible ExperienceOr Maybe that location (Riconada) needs to rethinkIt's training,customer serviceQuality controlAnd long term business visionSAD!

We have been Friday night regulars since businesses opened back up after Covid but the customer service recently was terrible, the atmosphere has changed. First of all we walked in about 7:30pm and we were directed to seat ourselves (which is normal) and we took our seats and a newer waitress comes to our table and asks if we were informed that pizza orders are 1 -1 1/2 hours BEHIND and if we still wanted to stay. uhhh yea, we are ready to order. I'm not exactly sure what Happ to customer service of the in house customer? and why didn't the first initial waiter tell us about the wait? Then we get our food in 33 minutes.... What's wrong here? the music is BLARING LOUD and it's heavy metal as if we are in a concert! it's never been this loud. Waitress is constantly rolling her eyes and on her phone. and the floor under our table is filth, it looks and feels like it hasn't been swept in months. bring back the old atmosphere and the old staff. Good grief.

Great breakfast sandwich! Never knew NYP had breakfast available. Definitely recommend the green Chile bagel! Im glad I looked it up! Definitely going back to try the pizza and beer! I'll take pictures next time! Lol ?

This was an excellent pizza joint. As a NJ native, it's hard to find good pizza in the Southwest, but this place delivers. I left this restaurant with a smile on my face.

I took the recommendation from the front desk at the hotel I was staying at and decided to give it a shot. The pizza was floppy and soggy in the middle, it was not NY style pizza, which should be very thin and have a little crunch to it. The more troubling aspect however, was that there were a few fruit flies flying around our table. Usually, that is a sign of poor cleanliness on their beer tap system. Overall, this is a place I'd never eat at again for several reasons. Biggest one being, the pizza just wasn't very good. Oh and $7.95 for a half salad is crazy. The size of the half salad should be no more than $3.95 at most.... Anyhow, alot of reasons to skip this place. Our waitress was nice, and the only reason for two stars.
