Paisano Cafe offers creative dishes, with many tasty options including Aztec Shrimp and Cognac Steak. Vegetarian choices are available. The cafe has a clean atmosphere with art by local artists on the walls, a nice addition. Service was excellent, with an attentive and pleasant server. The mole flight was amazing, a unique experience, and the poblano vegano was perfect. They also have quecas with huitlacoche and enmoladas. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with adequate facilities and ample parking.
