I had an order for pickup a little while ago. Learned upon pick-up that my order had an error on one of my items. The manager acknowledged & apologized for the inconvenience. Was given a free item for the troubles. That was sweet of them.

Went into Missouri Location and I got a dry, cold, no sauce no cheese pizza. I put the pizza on a paper plate as it shows better on white background. I didn’t push the cheese back with my fingers. I didn’t take the sauce off. I did order sauce. The pepperoni was hard. The breadsticks were hard. The marinara cups were only halfway full and they acted like they were doing me a favor by cooking me food.

Get a deal, yeah no they burnt a pizza sent it and said oh we can remake it ( lol ) or give you A credit to the same location. Don't waste your money with big chains they don't value customers. Specs locally I'm sure it's way better and they probably care about customers and it's not even more affordable. What a waste! Boo!

The gentleman who helped me out was not very friendly. He was on the phone while he had a line.
I went to pick up my pizza from the Missouri location. Unfortunately, I had already swiped my card and paid before he passed me the box, I opened it when I realized there was no heat coming from the box. I opened it and found this dried out , cold pizza that looked like it had literally been there for days. The horrible cashier Mehki acted bored and unconcerned as he kept rolling his eyes and repeating that I would have to come back for a refund. No apologies or offers to make me a fresh pizza. Also, for some reason, there was an old man there pretending to count money breathing directly over the exposed dried out, old horrid ,so called pizza, as well as another of his co-horts (can't call them workers )who was just standing there looking high as a kite on something breathing on it, between the three of them ,not one was helpful or seemed like they had been trained to work with human beings. They, especially Mehki, should be fired and replaced. They're way too comfortable being horrible like this.
