I went to pick up my pizza from the Missouri location. Unfortunately, I had already swiped my card and paid before he passed me the box, I opened it when I realized there was no heat coming from the box. I opened it and found this dried out , cold pizza that looked like it had literally been there for days. The horrible cashier Mehki acted bored and unconcerned as he kept rolling his eyes and repeating that I would have to come back for a refund. No apologies or offers to make me a fresh pizza. Also, for some reason, there was an old man there pretending to count money breathing directly over the exposed dried out, old horrid ,so called pizza, as well as another of his co-horts (can't call them workers )who was just standing there looking high as a kite on something breathing on it, between the three of them ,not one was helpful or seemed like they had been trained to work with human beings. They, especially Mehki, should be fired and replaced. They're way too comfortable being horrible like this.

We ordered two pizza. one was a double pepperoni heat extra cheese easy sauce and a cheese steak Pizza. When we called we got a call center. The guy read back the order to us it is what we ordered. When we got there to pick up the order the lady give two boxes one had breadsticks and the other was the pepperoni pizza. When I told her we didn't order breadsticks. she give me the receipt and asked me if that was the right telephone number on it. I told her yes but we didn't order the breadsticks that we order a cheese steak pizza. She told me they did not have them and she did known what what I was talking about. The slander hand down and told me she did not no how to do that. So I told that I would never order pizza from there again. They are over priced. It was 30.00 for the tell him pepperoni extra cheese medium and breadsticks. We when home a order a large Philly steak pizza from one of there competitors and it was 20.00. breadsticks were not all the way cooked.

Yasmine is awesome! She is always very nice and professional. The other employees are nice as well. It's always nice to walk in and they know your name and grab your order. The pizza and wings are always delicious! I order from this location once every week or two and almost always do take-out.
