This restaurant has not been any good since it started, which is obvious from the low rating that it’s currently showing. I ordered on the mobile app I come to the drive-through. I’m told to go wait for my meal. It never shows up. I had to go inside and ask only to find out they’ve given it to someone else. Never got an apology. Never got any offer to make it right other than oh we’re making you your food now. And the manager was rude, snarky, and offended that I thought his Customer Service was poor. You should fire him. Will definitely not be back. There are better Popeyes in other areas. Don’t come to this one!

Waited 25 minutes and got cold fries. I don't mind waiting if it's crazy busy or you're cooking a new batch. But there was practically nobody here and the fries and shrimp weren't fresh. I think this location is just poorly run.

I just picked up an order, the 3 chicken tenders spicy weren’t spicy and one was an inch and a half long and smelled spoiled, my dog walked from it. The bun on the chicken sandwich was cold…again. There is no effort made to heat them. The service is inconsistent from a 20 minute wait before I and several other cars drove off…on more than one occasion. No one has ever answered the phone including the two times I just tried to call them rather than write this review…the phone rang until it shut itself off both timesHence this review and my last visit.

There's something wrong with this place. So many people have been through this place and it's not consistent. Also the biscuits taste like they used old mop water or moldy towel water. I have been to over 20 different locations and this place has some funk to the food. Watch out.

Ordered 3spicy chicken sandwiches and 3 fries … only received 2 sandwiches 2 fries an 3apple pies .. the person takin my order did not look like he was coherent and on something.. called back to tell them they messed up my order and no answer .
5 cars were asked to park and wait with no line in the drive thru. After 30 minutes of waiting food was recieved. Quality of food was more disappointing than the service, which was nearly impossible to comprehend. If you want to eat the quality of food being served at this establishment, save your money and sort through their dumpster after they close.

Ordered through the drive through which went pretty quick, realized I forgot my drink so went back around and it had no ice I mean it was okay I work in the food industry so I get it. got home started eating and realized there was MOLD on my biscuit! Tried to call 6 different times no one picked up so drove all the way back to be told it was just burnt from the pan? How is it burnt from the pan if your pan is black yet the stuff on my biscuit is green. So gross!

Terrible cook. I ordered takeout for 4 people and when I got to work, all the chicken was burnt and shriveled!! Never again!!Terrible service!
