We enjoyed our meal. Food and service very adequate. The various sauces that were part of our meal were all very bland and flavorless. I'm sure that is a corporate decision, but we are used to more flavor. We'll probably give you one more try because the menu looks good, lots of choices. It was interesting that so many servers and staff here were male, and I don't mean anything by that except it's just unusual in Cruces. We always tip 40-50% because, in general, servers in Las Cruces are exceptional. Ok, hope no one is offended by my observation, but if you are, so be it.

The service was friendly and prompt. Our server was nice and told me about a special they had that met what I wanted, plus some, and was less than $10! A great bargain considering their wonderful and generous salad bar.
Great place to meet for our Club board meeting. They put us in an area where we could converse freely without too much noise and also enjoy a meal.

We hosted my son’s graduation party on the back patio at Ruby Tuesday, and it was a fantastic experience! The space was roomy and comfortable, and the best part—there was no charge for the room, just the cost of the food. The service was outstanding, as always! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Another time, I ordered through the app and realized my daughter’s meal was missing. They didn’t just apologize—they personally brought it to me! Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service.

The food was 2 stars, extremely small portions. My daughter had the catfish, she received a sliver of fish and I ordered the wings, I think I received 4-5 very small and skinny wings. When you look at the price of the dishes there is a mismatch. Small skimpy portions and high prices. I suspect the restaurant is facing some financial difficulty. My friend likes to watch football here. Nice bar area, but yikes on the food.
If you like little tiny burgers and lots of salad, this is the place for you.

Since the renovations of COVID, the place feels cold and impersonal. The food all tastes the same i.e.coconut shrimp w onion rings. Terrible. No flavor and hard as a rock.

I had to ask about the specials. Luckily we ordered one of those options and it was a great meal for the discounted special price! Server was pleasant. Always ask because they don't seem to want to tell you on the beginning. Otherwise we would have settled for the salad bar.
