The food is usually good and the salad bar is always well stocked and delicious. Had a DoorDash order , I was very disappointed with the steak. It was undercooked and was not seasoned.

12/12 Update: Got seated right away on a busy Friday evening. Server was great. Salad bar was excellent! Food was delicious. We will be back 🙂

We ended up at RT on thanksgiving due to another restaurant’s inability to post that they would be serving their one plate 38.99$ turkey dinner ONLY-no other options. (It wasn’t worth that in the least and didn't look that good) In case you were wondering, there was no Michelin Star chef in the kitchen.It was the same old crap I could have made at home. Anyway-we ended up at RT and I’m so grateful that we did. Of course the main menu was turkey but they had some alternatives for those of us who don’t like turkey. We got steaks and initially they were a little undercooked. The waitress was informed and immediately assured us it would be fixed. I watched her made a B line for the manager. He said he’d get it corrected and offered his apologies. The waitress then came back and offered us a free trip to the salad bar a discount on our bill. We were given brand new steaks which the manager himself cooked and they were perfect. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy when we left and we absolutely were! I can’t think of another time that I’ve had exceptional service at a restaurant. I was never a huge fan of RT, to be honest. Nothing against them-the food is usually good but I just lean towards local spots-but I definitely a fan now. The food was great, the drinks were good and strong and the service was impeccable. Their genuine concern that we were pleased was not something I have encountered-restaurant or otherwise. I will absolutely be back and I want to thank those who took care of us…. You can’t imagine what we were personally dealing with that day but you made it a better day, just by being nice. You are appreciated so much! Thank you!

My wife and I were so impressed with the food, service, and prices at Ruby Tuesday in Las Cruces, NM, that we wanted to return there again since we were in Las Cruces again. Ruby Tuesday's always has the kind of comfort food I look for.
Our food was over cooked. The scallops were hard. The shrimp was fishy and salty. The bread was so hard that u can use it for a hammer. The broccoli looked weird.

It was okay, but kinda pricey. Servers competent and friendly. Burgers on the smaller side for what you pay for, but made well. Id go to Carl's Jr if I want a burger instead
