I love to pick up a pretzel or pizza but now the don't except cash or card. I can use scan and go but I don't like credit cards in my phone, so know can't get them. They should have upc page at checkout

My wife recently purchased some Calvin Klein Euphoria for Women or so she thought. The Sam’s employee got the product out of the case and put it in one of those small bags. My wife assumed that she had been given the correct product. She received Calvin Klein Euphoria for MEN. Sam’s has a policy that when perfume/cologne leaves the store, it cannot be returned. Make sure you double check because their employee making a mistake still leaves you to deal with the problem with no recourse. NOT HAPPY WITH BUYING A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT REQUESTED BUT PAYING THE COST FOR THEIR SCREW UP.

I am always pleased when I shop at Sam's Club. I enjoy their Facebook posts acknowledging their employees. Today, Alex, the young man working the chicken rotisserie, was a delight! He is friendly, professional and hilarious. You should feature him on a commercial. Thanks Alex for brightening my day!🌞

Sam’s has some good deals, a we bit of awesome prices, I like their sales, I always look for new items. I love the rotisserie chicken, and I love the pizza, and the bakery has some delicious cakes. Gotta try the cheese cake. And the employees are nice when you get to know them, and they’re very helpful when you need them. And I got a nice a dinning table there. Great prices for bundles you get what you payed for. 👍👍👍👍✌️✌️👌👌

Wasn't thrilled about self-checkout but this morning has made me decide that is beats the alternative. Clearly a certain cashier is grossly overpaid even if she only earns minimum wage. Tried phoning the manager while in the parking lot but the recording says "press 9 for an associate" and it just rings and rings. I hope Las Cruces gets a Costco soon so I can go there. I understand that selections are limited, that store policy requires that they periodically move everything around so we have to hunt for what we want and you can't find any employees to show you where something is but there's absolutely no service. This was not the first time with the cashier from hell but, last time, I had explained the"right" way to do something and, today, she remembered nothing. If I hadn't just spent$100 last week renewing my premium membership, I would never go back. I may not renew next year.
