Every time I shop at Sam's Club I always have to wait a half hour or 45 minutes sometimes an hour and a half to get one of those electric carts to ride around on to shop. I tell the guy at entrance to the store that I need a cart to shop and he tells me that he's going to tell the guys that go out to get the shopping baskets to look for electric carts to bring in and this last time I checked on it and the guys were out there on the entrance way for the shopping carts standing there chit-chatting they weren't out there looking for electric carts to bring in they were there socializing and chit-chatting and then I started to see people found their own electric carts out there in the parking lot and they were riding their own carts in and you know it must have been minutes that the electric car was sitting there and they could have got me one in here it was over 45 minutes sitting there waiting for electric cart what's wrong with the store manager? I asked them how many electric carts they had in for their store they said they had seven two of them was broken down in the garage to be fixed and five of them were currently being used. I want time went down to Texas from Las Cruces New Mexico and they had an overabundance of electric carts to ride on why does that store just down there in Texas towards El Paso have an overabundance of electric carts and not enough at the Las Cruces Sam's Club store that's very interesting isn't it. And then I asked some of the employees why don't you guys have more cards here at Sam's Club at Las Cruces New Mexico they said it's about money they don't want to spend money for more carts well gee you guys I spend my money in that store why don't you use the money I spend in the store I'm buying things to get a couple more electric cart so I don't have to set from 30 minutes to an hour and a half waiting for an electric cart.

Went to get a few groceries and got pretty much what we came for. Had lunch. They said we would have to wait 25 minutes for hot dogs.

It may sound weird, but I absolutely love their pretzels in concession!??
Very busy day and the volume was well managed by front end. Store was well.stocked and merchandised. However witnessed 2 glaring safety issues that were more like "near misses," with heavy power equipment and careless use of pallet jacks. When did such a lack of concern for "safety first," become a neglected concept? My personal concern after witnessing both incidents was to get out as quickly as possible. It is obvious that something is lacking from the top down. I am certain that Doug McMillon would react to this if he had seen it. Get with it Las Cruces Sam's. Safety has to be #1. They also simply put improve from the top down. Like charging full price for the hot dog and drink deli offer and having no ice for the drink. Get a clue and get with it. Improvement must a a daily goal. Need a Costco here.
