Note to customers: INSTALL SCAN AND GO ON YOUR PHONE! It's a time saver with not having to wait in the self checkout lines. This store is always well stocked with products we need.
We've been prime members for years at many different Sam's locations. As far as the inside of the store, it's fine. It has the normal Sam's merchandise and if you use the scan n go you don't have to wait in line. The docking of stars is for the pickup. Prime membership was mainly bought for the free pickup. I've been a few times for pickup and half the time I wait 20+ minutes and the young men who deliver the groceries are the rudest, cockiest kids...
I am always pleased when I shop at Sam's Club. I enjoy their Facebook posts acknowledging their employees. Today, Alex, the young man working the chicken rotisserie, was a delight! He is friendly, professional and hilarious. You should feature him on a commercial. Thanks Alex for brightening my day!🌞
