Ignored for 10 minutes trying to order, told it would take 10 minutes to make the order, waited another 30 minutes for order. A quick experience turned into an hour of waiting.

Though there are long wait times for the food, the food is really good and they’re very generous with their portions. I’m not kidding, they stuff the styrofoam box with as much food as can fit in it. I like the beef and chicken from here the best, though their other options aren’t bad as well.Overall, if you’re in a rush/have little time for a meal, maybe go elsewhere. But if you have at least an hour to kill, it’s a pretty good place to eat.

Food was terrible and if a restaurant could give less than the bare minimum; they would be the best. I ordered 4 items and recieved 2 one of which wasn't what I ordered. I would steer away from this place.

really disappointed. i waited around thirty minutes before leaving without even being spoken to. one of the staff kept running across to the chinese gourmet and back without even acknowledging me and the people in front of me. the other was making up orders but kept running back and forth the the back (not bringing back anything just kinda running). now i get it, i work in the food industry as well but this is horrible customer service. very disappointed and even more so to see that i’m not the only one this has happened to. i didn’t even go on a weekend or anything, i went on a tuesday evening. i ended up going across the way to the chinese gourmet and got some food there.

Stopped in at 5:20pm and was told they are no longer taking orders. They close at 6 !!! Said because they needed to clean up . Had a few people in line waiting to order .. worst service ever !!!!!
