If i could rate this location negatively I would. Stopped by to get a couple sandwiches, it took them over 30 minutes to bring an order out, and the drinks were right, but nothing else was. I'm assuming the car hop simply grabbed the wrong order. When we realized this we drove through the drive through to get our issue corrected. They said we would have to wait. I was told at this point theyvthey were understaffed , which is really hard to believe that 5 employees couldn't keep up with 3pm traffic at Sonics. Rather than wait another 30 minutes I asked for a refund. I was told that I would need to contact corporate to be issued a refund because we had used their app to order. This was the o ly way we could order because they took all the screens down. Don't waste your time here. Pick one of the other Sonic locations around town.

They made their employees work not even 2 days after one of their fellow coworkers was shot dead in the kitchen. Do not go to this sonic, for the honor of humanity

Absolutely disgusted by the management of this place.
There was a shooting resulting in the death of one of their employees in their building and they were open for business the next day. Employees were not given time to grieve their friend and coworker or offered any type of mental/emotional counseling after the incident just this week.
Even if it’s not the corporation. I’m thoroughly disturbed by the actions of this stores management

My husband went to order me a burger from here last night and when I got my burger the patties were like rubbery fries tasted like it was fried with everything that needs to be fried plus it was one salted. Texas would never. Cross contamination is what my food tasted like. DO BETTER NEW

This place charged me $10.45 for a large limeade. The charge didn't go through until the next day and that was when I found out. Since they didn't give me a receipt I had to call their hotline since I couldn't get through to this store. I still haven't heard back yet. What a rip off. Go to a different sonic and don't let them use your card.

Manager is rude. We were charged incorrectly and we asked for it to be corrected, then when they brought out the wrong order to us, she acted like it was our fault and we were inconveniencing her to get the right order. Adrian was a great employee though, he was quick to help with what he could.

I stopped by for lunch today and not only did they take a long time to serve me just for a Frito chili wrap and it was disgusting it seems like they scooped cold chili on a cold tortilla and and full of grated cheese and. Wrapped it and sent it out. I took the first bite. And it seemed like I had just taken a bite and Ice cold burrito.. I tried calling the store but no answer, it seemed like a customer was talking to a manager and i heard he say. We don't answer the phone. When we are busy., now that is bad customer service . First of they not serving. Good quality items it seems like they also have trouble with order accuracy so I'm not sure if other are being served like I was. But for sure never going back.

I stopped in for some drinks. I received my soda & slushy. Once I got back to work I took a big sip out of my soda. To my surprise it was awful. Couldn't leave work but decided to call & let staff know their Dr Pepper was not tasty. I spoke to Autumn. I explained the soda was gross. She was curt advising the tanks were full. So I must've been delusional. She advised I could come back in for a replacement. The next day I went for my replacement with the original soda in hand for proof. The girl taking my order was rude & acted like I was just trying to get something free. When I got to the window to retrieve my drink I motioned to the original soda. She rudely says we didn't want that!
I visit this location more than I probably should & haven't had an issue. I was shocked at the mistreatment. I hope you aren't treating others like this

I usually have good service at this location. On this morning I pressed the red button and waited 20 minutes.i went through the drive through and was not given a total she pointed at the little pay screen. Then when my 2 sausage burritos were done she shoved them into my hand as I reached for them. I hope this person doesn't stay long I used to like this spot. 7:02 Thursday morning the place opened at 6. JUST SAD.
