Horrible customer service, had to wait while the store manager and employees yelled and cussed out some people. Made it so uncomfortable for me and my kids we left. Contacted cooperate and have yet received a response. To many other coffee places to choose from, won't be returning here.

Not only did it take 15 minutes for a single coffee, while the manager and another girl chatted it up in the office, but the staff was rude and the other customers as well. 2 mother's were in there not watching their child pull down the lights on the counter then proceeded to to lie and say it was already like that. Then I was treated like I was the problem. I was there Thursday night around 5 - 5:30.

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they have drive-through only. I went to walk into the store today and the door was locked. What is your problem? I’ve been coming here for months and all of a sudden, they lock the doors on the customers during business hours. Additionally, the drive thru takes way too long

I ordered online but when I arrived the drive thru line was all the way out the Sam’s club gas station. I decided to try and go inside to get my order but the doors were locked and since I had already paid for my order online I was forced to jump in the drive thru line which by that time was even longer. I waited over 25 minutes! This is just ridiculous! Why would you close the inside of your store? What could have taken 2 minutes took almost a half an hour. Then when I got to the window the lady told me they were short staffed. Then after waiting so long, my son’s drink wasn’t even full, the whole top was whipped cream. I’m very disappointed with this store.

I like Going to Starbucks to meet friends for coffee and a pastry. unfortunate this is not the Starbucks I grew up with in the Northwest in the nineties. You now go in and order and i had to wait 10 minutes for my order as I was in the store. People in the drive thru was the priority and not costumers in the store. Plus they have increased the prices and the service has gone down. Going to Bosa now. A cup of regular coffee and a apple fritter is under $5.00
Took way too long to help people and my iced tea is pretty much water

No greeting from abundant staff today. No one said, someone will be right with you. With high prices and competition, every dollar counts in a business. I recommend the other locations in Las Cruces. My drink was filled mostly of ice on top of the experience. The drive thru probably is better than walk in.
