Whenever I come here some employees not all of them make me rush to order their attitude order and get out of here like that even I say I am not ready to order they keep telling me let me know when u ready maybe 4-5 times 🤦♀️ I can understand u might be busy do your staff girl I can wait give me time

Scott was the highlight of my visit, not only was he extremely diligent and kind, he was also quick and friendly. It’s members of society like this who make me want to go out. He also made the expensive drink feel not so gut wrenching.

Have to shout out David at this store!! I am 26 weeks pregnant and my drink was made different than usual and this Gentleman had no problem redoing my drink and made it to my expectations!! I know it is an inconvenience but I greatly appreciated the fact he wasn’t rude or rushing about the situation and handled it with a smile. So thank you to David!!!

This location may have new management so it's gone down hill mostly. Unfriendly Baristas, dirty lobby, filthy restrooms.
As a former Starbucks Barista of 10 years, I know how demanding this job can be. Multitasking is a must and having a friendly demeanor is essential. The team at the North Telshor Starbucks consistently exceeds my expectations. I truly appreciate the time and effort they take with my drink and they are always willing to remake my drink when I stupidly go to another Starbucks. Philly and her team make me miss being a Starbucks Barista and I am so fortunate to have a great Starbucks close by.

I placed my order at the wrong Starbucks smh… so I called to cancel and the girl let me know she could not cancel so to let the store I was at know. Well I did, and she told me “it’s down the road” so she did not give me my order. Starbucks on Sonoma you are great, Starbucks by Sam’s poor service.
