I was very disappointed with this location. I ordered ahead to be picked up through the drive thru and didn’t think that would be a big deal since others order at the drive through. They were not very nice about it and had me wait which is fine but I don’t understand why they could service ten people before me who barely ordered at the drive thru and when they brought out my coffee it was cold and not how I ordered it. I would not recommend coming to this location. I’ll just stick with the Sonoma location.

We stopped in to try a lavender lemonade and were not disappointed. The service was excellent and drinks came fast. Definitely give a lavender lemonade a try and add some cream to it. Yum!

I just moved back to Cruces after 10 years away. Was going to this Starbucks frequently. Decided to start going to Sonoma Ranch instead. I spend more than 20 a day there, and order alot of tea. They dont filter or use day old tea. The black tea is hit or miss. Sometimes they filter sometimes they dont? Half the time its cloudy because of this and it tastes awful. You tell the Barista and they say sorry about that. Frustrating.

I have never encountered such rude employees at a Starbucks. I will no longer be going to this location. I will drive across town just to get better service elsewhere. They are always out of something or maybe they’re just too lazy to go get it. I usually go through the drive-through and I am handed my food, and that is it. I am not spoken to. I am not thanked. Absolutely, horrible customer service

Is the dark roast policy "not after 11am or 12pm?". Here it's, not after 10:34am. I asked for a pour over instead using the blend on the sign for the dark roast but the barista said, "No. It will probably be Sumatra. Once we're done with it for the day, we're done." Aside from making zero sense, sell what you advertise. If you're out of it, or just plain don't want to make it, then take the sign down. What if a hospital decided to stop performing the service they advertise.. or Planet Fitness quit with the exercise equipment and started selling inflatable wavy arm guys?? Hyperbole of course, but when you're THE most recognizable name in the entire northern hemisphere, you've got to have some congruity. I settled today.
