They have drive thru turnaround times that are quick and the staff is always bright and friendly…wait…are you guys drinking those caffeinated drinks!!! ? . What ever it is these folks make your experience positive coz they enjoy their work!

20 minutes in drive through to watch 4 cars in front of me get handed their drink slowly, one at a time. Does it really take y'all between 5 and 6 minutes to serve each and every car? Are y'all proud of that? My blind grandmother could do better,

I went there this morning I ordered online the order was wrong the girl making the Frappuccino was very rude about it and she splashed the coffee she made wrong all over the counter then proceeded to make my new coffee made it wrong and didn’t give me any extra shots of espresso it tastes like water and she took like 10 minutes to make it when she could’ve done it right the first time. Lame. I couldn’t fix it because I was already late to go:/ bummer.

I love this starbucks, it's definitely my main starbucks store and usually when i go all of the girls are incredibly sweet and make my coffee run enjoyable. Today, i went in to redeem an offer in store and the tall male "shift supervisor" was incredibly dismissive and inconsiderate to not only me but a couple other elderly ladies in the store. They were somewhat busy but not as much as they usually are. The service just shot my mood down completely. As for the wonderful women working here, i appreciate your service and kindness more then you know

The employees working seem to hate their jobs, you walk into the establishment and no one cares to greet you nor look your way. As if its an inconvenience you are there, all of the workers have a nasty attitude. If you can't give simple decent customer service you should go find a job that doesn't deal with people! One guy in particular has a very sassy attitude accompanied by a rude tone when you are at the speaker. I feel sorry for the customers who have to deal with this just for a coffee.
