“Amazing experience, I'm not from the las cruces area, but this had to be the best taco bell I ever been too.
I came in through the drive thru, and the employee was super nice and very attentive, then got up to the window and the beautiful girl was even nicer.
Got my food it was hot and never seen it so clean and packaged nicely.“

I witnessed several people who needed help ordering on the kiosk and they were helpful and kind helping them. Las Cruces needs more people like this. Good customer service skills are hard to come by. “At this location here in beautiful Las Cruces, the indoor establishment seems to be kept up fairly well and is clean, it's never to busy here at this location eighter is the the drive thru. The costumer service could be a little more polite and respectful, also food seems to be decent enough! Cheap and quick feeling up!“

“I went through the drive thru during lunchtime on a weekday. The person who took my order and the person at the window (same person?) was polite.I was asked if I wanted sauce. I said I'd like Fire sauce. When I left the drive thru and parked to eat my lunch, I found I had been given exactly 2 packets of sauce. Dude! Any Taco Bell burrito requires at minimum 3 sauce packets. Next time I'll have to remember to ask for the number of sauce packets I actually need. Thankfully my glove box was stocked with a few more packets of Fire sauce, given to me by a more generous Taco Bell somewhere down the road.Food was good. Typical Taco Bell food.
