“Best Mexican food in Texas. I'm addicted to the HOT sauce. My complaint is paying $2.29 for WATERED DOWN Pepsi. There is just enough syrup to give it color, but no taste.So DON'T waste your money on soda. This is a corporate policy. Every Taco BELL I have been to it's the same thing; colored water. “I came in for lunch today to this location and I felt that I needed to leave a positive feedback review of this young gentleman by the name of Kenneth, he was holding it down on drive thru and the lobby register all at once on a busy time of the day! The greatest thing was that it didn’t sacrifice his great customer service!!!!!“
“The employees and service were great, my only issue is with the app. If you order off it, when it tells you that your order is ready, it won't be. There's some lag when it comes to that. Told me it was ready, drove to pick it up and there was no order whatsoever. They had to make it right then and there. That is my only qualm with my experience.“

“We stopped at this Taco Bell on our way to a performance at the Plaza Theatre last week, and we were in a little bit of a hurry. We placed our order on the touch-screen device - with the courteous help of personnel. We found a table, began to sip our drinks and visit, and our order arrived. We didn’t wait long. “Truly disappointed. I decided to try the 6 chicken wings for $6.99. I only recieved 5 in the box and the wings were so small. They were the length of a woman's pinky. Not worth the money or breath it took to order them. They were crispy but tasteless. The dipping sauce was the only saving grace. I will take fries with the dip. Hold the wings.“

When out and about doing errands and still a long way from home, we stop by and pick up a couple of chicken quesadillas combo's ( great protein pack meal) along with a Baja blast and that hits the spot! “It was pretty clean when we went in. Food was great and they usually get the orders right. The ppl who take our orders are always nice and professional. One of them made small talk about anime. I like coming here either to dine in or take out. They even have like a mobile pickup too.“
“The ordering thingamajig inside the restaurant doesnt have it where I can order a side of onion but this Taco Bell said hey no problem I'll just get it for you. That's pretty awesome. There's so many other Taco Bell's where they're not willing to help you thank you.“
“The restaurant was clean. I have had to learn to use the kiosks when ordering. Sometimes it is difficult to find when you want to change something. I guess they have had problems with the restrooms because they are now locked at all times. They don't have a key so I guess someone took that too.Parking: There is easy access to the parking lot. The handicap is right up front with a ramp going to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is wheelchair accessible including the kiosk, tables, and the restrooms.“
“I enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was quick and the fiod actually looked the way the pictures say it is.Kid-friendliness: Mice and clean, open space to move and not be to close to other families who are their to enjoy their meals. Restrooms were clean and smelled cleaned.“
“There is a magic hour at this Taco Bell, and I would say at around early afternoon. Albert C, is by far the best cashier I ever had experience with. He is very cordial, patient and makes sure your order is correct. Please don't change the manner on how you take orders, or your way of speaking, there's a lot of places out there that don't care about customer service or common courtesy; but it's so refreshing when you do find that. I tried leaving a review on Taco Bell's "Tell the Bell" but for some reason I can't access it, so I hoped leaving one here would be the next best thing.“

“I stopped in to pick up some lunch at this location after shopping with my Mom early February 2nd... I ordered on my app ahead like I usually do... I accidentally placed my order at a Las Cruces location... The young lady(Ms Alex)assured me that this was not a problem that she could not fix fairly easily... And she not only fixed this issue for me... But she hands down provided me with the "Best" customer service I have ever experienced... That's to include fancy five star restaurants and country clubs... I would like to recommend Ms Alex for a raise and commend the crew she was working with as well... This location has a great atmosphere... It is not only convenient and appealing to the eye... The staff on this day were very welcoming and helpful... As I witnessed not only for my Mother and I but to the other patrons on site this day... I unfortunately deleted the photos taken this day as I intended to write this review immediately... I have just been busy and am finally getting around to this review ... Thank you Alex... And thank you to the management of this location for giving her the opportunity to shine...“
“The Bells are ringing with our favorite location where service reigns supreme! Always a great positive attitude with a delightful smile. The Nacho Fries Combo is back! A crave-able moment that my son has been waiting for! Somehow the boy loves the combination of onion powder, garlic salt, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. If I serve this separately he would not touch it. But with the Nacho Fries everything is back in place! He is also always in for the Try our Nachos BellGrande- A portion of crispy tortilla chips topped with warm nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and some seasoned beef. The atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed.“
