Was nearby and needed to pick up dinner for my family. Went through drive thru. Ordered some enchurritos, 3 tacos and one doritos taco. 2 drinks. For some reason there was an additional taco on the screen in my order. The rep was rushing me to accept what was on tge screen. They remoces the extra taco after i notified it was there. Almost 30.00 in food to go home and find that there is almost no meat in my taco. Its all vegetables and sour cream. Not coming back to this location....read full review
Awesome Taco Bell. Food is always always fresh, the staff is especially friendly and very prompt with my orders. Lobby and restrooms are always very clean. I always recommend friends and family to stop at this location.
I ordered Combo #1 and both chalupas were cold. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time this has happened to me before, although it was at a different location. I called the restaurant, and they agreed to exchange them. When I went back during second shift, the staff was very nice and friendly, and the food was great. First shift was nice as well, but I liked second shift better. I’m glad Taco Bell listens to their customers and makes things right.
