Food was great and the wait time was above average. Would recommend if in the area.
Been to many taco bells across el paso and this one is one the best by far . Clean and well proportioned food made correctly. They even marked my burritos for the ones that were custom with no onions. I appreciate that professionalism. Great job at this location .

Customers can choose to order through the app, but sometimes there are delays, and the self-checkout machine can be confusing for first-timers. The restaurant offers vegetarian options, such as beans as a substitute for any meat, and it's easy to ask about ingredients for dietary restrictions. The drive-thru can be a quicker and more convenient option, especially when the self-checkout system causes issues. Recently, some orders have been inconsistent—occasionally the food is cooked perfectly, but at other times, it arrives soft, cold, or with smaller portions than usual, which has caused disappointment. Despite these problems, the staff remains friendly, and the restaurant continues to be kid-friendly and accessible for wheelchair users.
