Our first time in this more modern restaurant. You have to order in the self checkout order machine. We haven't been to Taco Bell in a long time so we didn't remember the menu. Had to stand there for like 15 minutes. Not even one of the workers turned around and at least said Hi, a customer told us that we had to order in the self checkout machine. Next time I'll just order thru the drive thru.
Ordered burritos and asked for them to add beef. One didn't have any beef with the other only had about a teaspoon worth in the middle (less than a bite). The tortilla chips were stale. And the App doesn't let you order chicken Chalupas.The soft Tacos were good.

The employees and service were great, my only issue is with the app. If you order off it, when it tells you that your order is ready, it won't be. There's some lag when it comes to that. Told me it was ready, drove to pick it up and there was no order whatsoever. They had to make it right then and there. That is my only qualm with my experience.
