Walked in to get two footlongs. We are aware the toaster is out so the gentleman heated up the protein in the microwave and got started on the veggies. He forgets about the protein and begins to close the sandwich and I have to remind him the sandwich is not done. I then requested him to heat up the cold bacon and he becomes upset. This subway is very disturbing. When you walk in it smells like mold. The toaster is broken always. The employee said “we can put in microwave”…. Everyone knows what a microwave does to a sandwich. The soda machines are broken and there is no ice. The store behind the counter where food is prepared is filthy. Subway do better!!! If you’re the owner of this store you should swing by and see how bad this place is.

Subway is a clean and spacious restaurant with excellent service. The staff is professional, courteous, and maintains a clean environment. The inside of the restaurant was found to be very clean, with floors and tables kept tidy. Customers have noted that the employees are kind and do their best despite facing rude behavior from some customers. The restaurant offers fresh vegetables and bread, making it a popular spot for delicious sandwiches. Sean and Elaine, or the staff in general, provide amazing customer service and make sandwiches exactly how customers want them. Despite some issues with service, such as waiting for drinks and cookies, many customers appreciate the overall cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant's staff work hard, even in the heat, and remain committed to providing a good experience.
