Excellent customer service! I was disappointed that Carl's Jr. got rid of their veggie burger, but the girl on the drivethru was super nice and helped me find something I could have. Our food was good. Drivethru wait time wasn't bad, considering that I needed something custom.
Jaylynn was incredibly helpful! Ive had a few poor experiences with this location previously but ive interacted with this employee the last few times here at this location and she is always willing to go ABOVE and beyond as far as customer service and quality 🥰 we appreciate employees that show up with this kind of energy and dedication 💯👌
My favorite part about going to any Carl’s Jr.’s is the friendly staff, great food, and relaxing atmosphere. This location absolutely fits the bill for all the above. Now the El Diablo (double patty) (medium) combo and 6-piece chicken stars did cost about $27, so it’s not cheap, but I can always count on Carl’s Jr. to serve up excellent food.
