Very very unsatisfied, went through the drive-thru ordered the three piece chicken tender meal with a Dr pepper easy ice. (No easy ice) they counted a nugget as a tender?Asked for Buffalo as dipping sauce and got 3 bb-q packets no buffalo? Dr pepper tasted like carbonated water, ?And been calling for 1 hr and no answer. Wasn't even busy.

Ordered my food thru the drive thru and waited 15 minutes at window for my food I asked the lady it’s the double jalapeño burger large and famous star extra extra cheese with large onion rings I get home I got a guacamole burger and my wife’s onion rings are small after working all day to come home and eat a burger you have been craving and not get it worst feeling and I don’t live close to be going back

Ordered star nuggets and a bbq chicken sandwich. Took more than 30 min to get to our order, and the only one was one customer ahead of us. Gaved me the chicken sandwich without bbq. Food was not as good as it used to be.

The food was cold. Asked for no cheese and go unmelted cheese. Asked for fried zucchini and received it cold and soggy. The bun was as though it had been left outside the bag or warmer.

I'm a delivery driver and was trying to pick up an order from here, but I had to wait over 20 minutes because they're extremely unorganized and understaffed. The manager lady was very rude towards me when I had to remind her that I'm still waiting for an order and just said "Don't interrupt me when I'm talking with actual customers" and she hadn't even greeted the people yet or started talking to them so I don't understand where that came from or how I interrupted a conversation that wasn't even started in the first place??? Then they had my order almost ready but they gave it to someone else in drive thru and I had to wait longer because there was only 1 actual chef doing everything but it was his first day so that meant a longer wait time too. When I came back in to see if it was finally done, she yelled out "Don't be slamming my doors" before I even grabbed the handle to leave??? Even though I was getting rightfully impatient and frustrated with this horrible service I kept my cool and didn't even give the lady a nasty tone unlike her, so I don't understand why she was so rude with me but being nice to others. I understand in general that food from here just takes a while but this was just ridiculous and I deal with rude people all day delivering but this lady takes the cake. How you gonna be that damn negative on Valentine's Day especially? Just shut down if you can't keep up with the demand or find a better manager that doesn't take her anger and frustration out on customers and can manage their stress not just the restaurant.
